When looking to sell our loft at Mystic Pointe, we contacted a few realtors to get an idea of the market and possible asking price. When speaking with many of the realtors, I was advised to wait until after the holiday season had subsided before listing the property. Quite anxious about getting the ball rolling since we had purchased another property, we met with Barb who was more than willing to discuss opportunities.
Upon minutes of our meeting we were sure that BARB WAS GOING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. We discussed a few changes that could be made and arranged for a second meeting. We did the changes Barb suggested, which were some simple but effective cosmetic changes.
We then listed with Barb. WITHIN ONE DAY OUR LOFT WAS SOLD.
